Nexus Seminary Uganda is constructing a training center and mission residence to provide a base for seminary training near Kaberapoli, in the northern parts of Uganda. Building on land donated to Nexus Seminary by a local pastor, the mission house will provide an important base of operation in an area that is sparsely populated and difficult to travel to.
Friends of Nexus Seminary has donated funds to provide a water harvesting system for the two buildings. A water harvesting system collects rainwater from the roofs of the buildings and stores it in tanks for later use. These systems are critical in locations where water wells are not effective. The rainwater collection system will provide essential water to the community, in addition to the mission center.
